As Birchwood Grove CP School’s headteacher, I have the privilege of working with staff, parents, pupils, governors and other members of the community to lead our school further into the 21st century.
As a community, we share the responsibility of raising our children to be happy, successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens who are fully prepared to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world.
Our school encourages all our children to look beyond their horizons and become self-motivated, resilient, creative, independent, respectful and collaborative learners. This is achieved by working together to create an inclusive, holistic approach to education which engages children and their families and celebrates equality and diversity. Our memorable learning journeys aim to be irresistible and include plenty of opportunities for inside and outside learning enhanced by exciting real-life experiences, creativity and discovery.
